NF Conroe Investments purchased a 100 percent leased industrial portfolio in Conroe. Nick Spearman of Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the seller, the estate of Henry T. Brooks. The purchase consisted of a 51,044-square-foot multi-tenant building on 6.94 acres at 2323 N. Frazier St. and a 26,659-square-foot building leased by Quanta Services at 979 Drennen Road. Tom Costello with Newman Kelly represented the buyer.
