DC Partners lands tenants in San Felipe project

DC Partners broke ground on 4411 San Felipe after securing leases for 60 percent of the building. SIBS International leased the sixth floor, totaling 26,033 square feet, for relocation of its corporate offices, while Advancial Federal Credit Union will open its first location inside Loop 610 in 4,000 square feet of retail space. DC Partners will relocate its headquarters to a full floor in the building, which contains 77,189 square feet of office space and 16,796 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
